1 Puff pastry - rolled
1 can of bully beef - a little finely pressed with a fork
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped or quarter of each - green, yellow, red pepper
1 cup chedder cheese
Fry bully beef, onions and greenpepper - up from heat and mix in cheese
Spread over puff pastry and roll up.
Fold sides nicely, and down
Put in baking pan.
Paint egg or milk, or mayonnaise on top and make 3 vertical slots into role
Bake at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes so until cooked and brown and crisp
Serve with bread rolls and a tossed salad or mashed potatoes

I do not even fry me well - I mix the chopped onions, greenpepers, cheese and bully beef (all just so raw) - rub over the puff pastry, roll and bake (Rens)
